Welcome
Taking the first step toward change can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. You deserve a space where you feel supported, heard, and understood, especially when life feels overwhelming. Therapy can help you gain clarity, resolve conflict, and get “unstuck.” Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or life transitions, there is a path to discovering your joy and reaching your goals.
With over 20 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan, I help people develop coping skills, realize and employ their strengths, and navigate challenges with clarity and authenticity. I provide a client-centered, collaborative approach utilizing interventions that are specifically tailored to each person’s unique needs, empowering clients to gain greater control over their life and build healthier connections. I specialize in working with mood disorders (depression and/or bipolar), anxiety, identity exploration, substance use, relationship struggles, and life transitions.
Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, or uncertain about the future, I’m here to support you. My focus is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to reach your goals. I would love to explore partnering together to create a life that feels meaningful, fulfilling, peaceful, and calm. If you’re ready to get started, let’s collaborate and work together to reach your goals. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss therapy options, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether I am a good fit for your needs.
Beyond providing therapy I am also the Director of Clinical Training for a doctoral program in the Bay Area. I find great joy supporting and mentoring the next generation of healers. Outside of my work, I find peace and joy in nature and spending cherished time with loved ones.
While I do not currently take insurance, many insurance panels will reimburse clients who see an “out of network” provider. I will provide you with an invoice that includes standard diagnostic and procedural codes for billing purposes, session dates, and payments received. You can use this to apply for reimbursement from your insurance provider. I cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement.
